Nicholas Walsh, DVM, DACVR

Dr. Walsh was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He completed his undergrad and veterinary school at Cornell University. He then went on to complete a rotating internship at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center in NYC before heading back to Cornell for his radiology residency. Dr. Walsh finished his residency and became boarded by the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2023. He currently lives in Houston where he is a solo radiologist at a multi-speciality referral practice. Dr. Walsh has a particular interest in utilizing ultrasound and CT for imaging vascular anomalies such as portosystemic shunts. Outside of work he enjoys cooking (especially perfecting his homemade pizza craft), golfing and traveling with his wife who is a board-certified zoo veterinarian.
