Agreement Between User and DVM STAT, LLC
Welcome to the DVM STAT, LLC, doing business as DVM STAT Consulting, website (the “Site”). The Site is comprised of various web pages and domains operated by DVM STAT, LLC (“DVM STAT Consulting”) as well as third-party platforms. These include, but are not limited to, dvmstat.com, facebook.com/dvmstatconsulting, instagram.com/dvmstatconsulting, linkedin.com/company/dvmstatconsulting, tiktok.com/@dvmstatconsulting, and https://yourviewdr.com/user-manager/users/clinic-login/RfFNJF8MjM.
The Site is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for your records.
The DVM STAT Consulting Site is intended for informational, educational, and professional use by licensed veterinary professionals. Certain services, including teleconsultation access, continuing education delivery, email communications, and analytics, are provided through third-party platforms. YourViewDr.com is a third-party platform that facilitates connections between DVM STAT Consulting clients and veterinary specialists for teleconsulting services.
By providing contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from DVM STAT Consulting as described herein.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to DVM STAT Consulting’s Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, use, and disclosure practices in connection with the Site and services.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site, submitting forms, or sending emails to DVM STAT Consulting constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically, via email or through the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
SMS Communications
When you opt in, you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These messages may include service updates, educational information, or marketing communications. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply.
Your Account
If you use the Site or access services requiring an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You acknowledge that DVM STAT Consulting is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login information.
Access to certain services may be suspended or terminated due to actions taken by third-party service providers in accordance with their own terms and policies. DVM STAT Consulting shall not be liable for loss of access resulting from enforcement actions taken by such third-party platforms.
Children Under Thirteen
DVM STAT Consulting does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under eighteen (18), you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided for any services, products, subscriptions, or continuing education offerings.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms (“Linked Sites”). Certain services offered through the Site, including but not limited to continuing education delivery, email communications, analytics, and teleconsultation platform access, are provided through third-party platforms such as Thinkific, Mailchimp, and YourViewDr.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those providers. DVM STAT Consulting does not control and is not responsible for the content, functionality, availability, security, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and educational materials, is the property of DVM STAT Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Third-Party Accounts
You may have the option to connect your DVM STAT Consulting account with third-party accounts or platforms. By doing so, you consent to the sharing of information as necessary to enable such integration, subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties.
International Users
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. You acknowledge that your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers are located.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DVM STAT Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any losses, costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Consultative Services Disclaimer / No Veterinarian–Client–Patient Relationship
DVM STAT Consulting provides consultative guidance and educational support exclusively to licensed veterinarians. DVM STAT Consulting does not provide primary veterinary medical care, does not diagnose or treat patients, and does not establish a veterinarian–client–patient relationship (“VCPR”) with pet owners or animal patients.
All information, recommendations, opinions, and guidance provided by DVM STAT Consulting and its affiliated specialists are advisory in nature and are intended to support the independent clinical judgment of the licensed veterinarian requesting the consultation.
The requesting licensed veterinarian retains sole and full responsibility for determining the applicability and appropriateness of any information provided, making all diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, establishing and maintaining the veterinarian–client–patient relationship, communicating with clients or animal owners, and providing or arranging all veterinary care for the patient.
DVM STAT Consulting does not replace the professional judgment of the attending veterinarian. Clinical outcomes depend on multiple factors outside the control of DVM STAT Consulting. By using DVM STAT Consulting services, you acknowledge that ultimate responsibility for patient care rests solely with the licensed veterinarian of record. DVM STAT Consulting makes no guarantees regarding clinical outcomes and disclaims any liability arising from reliance on consultative guidance without independent professional judgment.
Continuing Education (CE) Disclaimer and Reporting
Continuing education offerings provided by DVM STAT Consulting are intended for licensed veterinary professionals and are delivered for educational purposes only. CE content may be delivered through third-party learning management platforms.
For RACE-approved continuing education, DVM STAT Consulting may transmit participant information, including name, license number, state of licensure, course participation, and completion data, to CE Broker (cebroker.com) or other regulatory reporting entities as required for CE credit reporting. DVM STAT Consulting is not responsible for delays, errors, or processing issues arising from third-party CE reporting systems or state licensing boards.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that their licensure information is accurate and that CE credits are accepted by their applicable licensing authority.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, products, and services provided on or through the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, DVM STAT Consulting disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
DVM STAT Consulting is not responsible for service interruptions, platform outages, data loss, delays, or technical issues arising from third-party systems, platforms, or service providers used in connection with the Site or services.
Termination / Access Restriction
DVM STAT Consulting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Site or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms
DVM STAT Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
