Jason Fuerst, DVM, MS, DACVR

Dr. Jason Fuerst received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of California, Davis.  He then moved to his native Southern California for a rotating internship in internal medicine and surgery at VCA West Los Angeles where he fell in love with diagnostic imaging.  He finished a radiology residency at the Ohio State University where he concurrently obtained a Master of Science degree in comparative biomedical sciences.  After residency, Jason moved back to Southern California and worked in specialist referral and emergency hospitals providing radiology coverage.  Dr. Fuerst has since transitioned to teleradiology in order to provide specialty-level care to a larger audience of pets and clients while also focusing on his growing family.  His professional interests include cross-sectional imaging, trauma, and acute abdominal pathologies.
