Terri Bonenberger, DVM, Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Dermatology

Dr. Terri Bonenberger is a graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed a 3-year residency and clinical fellowship in dermatology at the University of California, Davis. Since becoming a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology (ACVD) 2000, she has practiced dermatology specialty medicine in Texas, New York, New Jersey and South Carolina. Dr. Bonenberger has published extensively in small animal dermatology and lectures both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Bonenberger currently works in a busy referral dermatology practice. She enjoys working with pet owners to treat their pet’s skin condition so that affected dogs and cats can live more comfortable and healthy lives. Her areas of expertise and interest include allergic skin disease, ear diseases, endocrine diseases, autoimmune skin diseases, metabolic skin diseases, and cutaneous infectious disease (parasitic, bacterial and fungal diseases). 

When she is not practicing, Dr Bonenberger enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs on the water or at the beach!
