Here are a few helpful details on service times:
* Radiology turnaround averages 4 hours, with a guaranteed turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
* Ultrasound turnarounds are 4 hours for STATs and less than 24 hours for routine cases.
* Internal medicine consults have a turnaround time of fewer than 24 hours, and we offer numerous immediate, in-depth emergency critical care consults for sick medicine cases 7 days a week. STAT Internal Medicine consults available 8AM-5PM EST Monday-Friday.
* Our criticalists are available around the clock for 24/7 ECC STAT consults. You can submit a case online or call our STAT line for an immediate verbal consult with a written report within 2 hours. STAT consults are available for any type of case, whether it's a sick patient walk-in, a decompensated chronic case, or an anesthesia case that isn't going well. We're here to assist you with all of it!
* Cardiology, Neurology, Surgery, and Oncology consultations 7 days a week! Cardiology has an 8AM-8PM 4-hour STAT.
